25 August 2020 I want to get my trust audited for last five years, due to some issues i dint got it audited, please advice me as to under which act should i get it audited and what is the procedure

26 August 2020 Please contact any practising chartered accountant to get the accounts audited. If the trust is registered u/s 12AA of the Income Tax Act, 1961 then Audit Report shall be in Form No. 10B else as per the format prescribed by Trust Act prevailing in your state.
Also comply to the provisions for filing of return of income timely.
