26 September 2013 We have one hospital whoes gross receipt exceeds 1 crore and trust has 12 a registration then it is liable to tax audit under section 44 AB ????? and how to file its income tax return ???????

26 September 2013 1)Yes, tax audit is mandatory

2)As your trust registered under 12A mandatory to file tax audit report form 10B online,,before 30.09.2013

however if you find any difficulty to file 10 b report online before 30.09.2013 as per latest announcemnet by cbdt today you can file manually form 10b with your jurisdictional AO,however you need to submit manual tax audit report before 31.10.2013

3)online ITR7 made mandatory vide seventh ammendment rules of it vide notification 42/2013
