19 September 2015 Dear Sir,

I am confused that an AOP (Trust) who are providing Education will be taxed @ MMR (30%) or tax as per Slab rate. Bcoz I saw one trust to whom Demand Notice issued taxing the trust @ MMR instead of Slab Rate and It is Charitable Trust and Not Involved in Business and Profession.

Please Sir Advice me whether Department will be right to Issue Demand Notice and If not than What Step we will take for the above Notice
