just wanted to know what is the procedure for the appointment of auditors in a trust and at what time shall the Board Meeting and Annual General Meeting be conducted in a Trust
just wanted to know what is the procedure for the appointment of auditors in a trust and at what time shall the Board Meeting and Annual General Meeting be conducted in a Trust

The appointment, tenure and removal of the auditors are governed by the byelaws of your trust. There is no specific procedure prescribed in law for such appointment of auditors by a trust. The board of trustees may pass a resolution and appoint an auditor, the appointment needs to be conveyed to the auditor and accepted by him.
