in case of a trust, can the corpus fund given by the donor can be refunded back, if the trust is nor able to use the fund for the specific purpose

VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTION MADE BY THE DONOR FOR THE SPECIFIC DIRECTION IS BEING CONSIDER AS CORPUS DONATION.
IF THE FUND IS NOT BEING USE FOR THE SPECIFIED PURPOSE THEN THE SAME WILL BE RETURN BACK OR TRUST CAN USE THE SAME FOR OTHER PURPOSE AFTER COMMUNICATION WITH THE DONOR.
IF THE FUND IS NOT BEING USE FOR THE SPECIFIED PURPOSE THEN THE SAME WILL BE RETURN BACK OR TRUST CAN USE THE SAME FOR OTHER PURPOSE AFTER COMMUNICATION WITH THE DONOR.
