Pl clarify the following doubt
1.How many persons are required (Minimum) to create a Charitable Trust in Tamil Nadu?
2. How many persons can act as trustees of a (Maximum) Charitable Trust in Tamil Nadu?

3.How many persons (Minimum & Maximum) are required to creat a Association of persons like Flat Owner's Association, Club Member's Association in Tamil nadu?

06 September 2012 1. Author, Trustee, Beneficiary. Two Person as Trustee Enuf. Beneficiary Can be Same Person.

2. No Such Limit as I Know.

3. No Such Limits in Max Side.

06 September 2012 A trust needs a minimum of two trustees and a settlor ; there is no upper limit to the number of trustees. The Board of Management comprises the trustees. As far as AOP is concerned 2 or more persons can form a trust.
