my friend is a ca (last 2 yrs)..
he does not hold cop..
can he sign my form 2 for ca membership..
also, can he put a stamp of "TRUE COPY" along with his signature, name & membership no (written by hand) ?
on the Xerox copies of documents to be submitted alongwith form 2 ?
