02 December 2011 Our company raises invoices around 200nos per day , so can we avoid takingprint of third copy / office copy , which can be taken from ERP packageas as andwhen required.Please let us know if possible the Act /Rule please

02 December 2011 It is better to keep office copy as a hard copy it will be useful to show for tax authorities auditors etc.

Nothing wrong if you do not take print out to save the paper. But you must be able to take hard copy when required.

There is no such Act or rules to keep office copy as hard copy, which can be in form of electronic.
