22 August 2014 Dear Sir,

Where Ever C.A Article compleated Staff or paid assistant with CA firm goes for Higher Position interview have to face lot of problems by knowing all the Profile of the Accounting or Finance..

Prospective Employers says If you are worked with CAs not enough to work as Accounts Manager because in CA firm only Post Accounting Job will be there.

Plz send any body knowing how to answer for this ?s..
Every companies thinking CA student not fit for Accounts manager Position.,

If Any article kindly post so that we can to propective employers (companies).

22 August 2014 this is cos ca students dont get all the exp as required for the said post so u need to work on the areas where non ca students work practically

I m having 3 year Experience in Corporate as Sr. Accounts Executive but. Company Management ( Prospective) checking only previous Audit firm Experience where i did Accounting, Taxation, All Aspectes of Works.

so i need to reply to prospective Employer who sent mail stating Your having only CA firm Experience.
