08 March 2010 Kindly let me know the treatment for Unpaid Matured deposit and Debentures(Including interest).

When should they be transferred to Investor Education and Protection Fund?

09 March 2010 Within 30 days of the completion of 7 years from the due date, the amounts have to be transferred to the IEPF.

Till, then the amounts have to be shown under the head current liabilities, sub-heading: Investor Education and Protection Fund. details: Unclaimed Debentures / interest on debentures.
