Treatment of personal Electricity or phone bills

Pls, suggest that what treatment will be, in the books of a co. for the personal(Home related) expenses of a director/ Chairman of the co.

I hope personal expense were not allowed as company expense. But i hope these expense can be debited to the personal account of the Director and show it as receivable and disclosure as to Related party transaction also possible
