MY FRIEND'S FATHER DIED ON 29TH DEC 2013,AND HIS PROPRIETORSHIP BUSINESS INCOME WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO HIS SON IN WHICH HEAD ????

you have to file two return for the year 2013-14
first for father income till 29.12.2013.
after that income for son. form 30.12.2013 to 31.3.2014
under income from business and profession.
first for father income till 29.12.2013.
after that income for son. form 30.12.2013 to 31.3.2014
under income from business and profession.
