dear sir,
plz tell me what is the procedure for availing and payment of cenvat credit by manufacture, when goods are sold by first stage dealer or second stage dealer?

The question is not clear. However, in case of manufacture CENVAT can be taken as and when you received the goods. In case of payment of duty at the time of removal of goods from the place of removal. The utilisation of CENVAT is based on your liability of duty available for the month.
