Hello Sir,
We are paying to travel agent yearly ( per year ) rs.63,000/-.
Can we deduct TDS? If yes what is the percentage 2% or 10%.
Plzz inform me.

Yes you have to deduct tds ...
if there is a written contract then 10% otherwise 2%...
