We are a manufacturing unit, registered under excise and we are going to establish another production unit near to our existing unit.
how can we transfer raw material to unit-II and finish goods again to unit-I. do wew suppose to raise invoice every time or can we use Challan-57 for the same.

Transfer of raw material & finished goods from unit-1 to unit -2 & back to unit-1 to be done through excise invoice under rule 11 of central excise rule 2002. Transfer thru challan is permissible with intimation to jurisdictional AC/DC of Excise
