Transporters details in tds returns

12 October 2011 Dear Sir,

we are paying some tempo charges to dispatch our materials. He is an individual and he had his PAN Card too. Single bill may come Rs. 3000 to 5000 only. and aggregate amount will not exceed Rs.75000/- in this F.Y. We are not deducting any TDS for his payment.

kindly let me whether we should show this transporter details in TDS Quarterly Returns or not.
