Dear Sir,
If by mistake we deducted TDS against Transporter after furnishing PAN by him.
Can we submit return on the above basis and he will get the TDS Certificate.

TDS deducted under whatsoever section and deposited the same with the income tax department would be allowed while computing the tax liability and filing the return provided it has been deposited with correct PAN no.
