MY COMPANY BEING A PVT LTD COMPANY , HAS SHOWN IN BOOKSRS.1000000 AS SHARE APPLICATION MONEY RECEIVED IN THE MONTH OF JULY 2012 BUT STILL NOW NO ALLOTMENT HAS BEEN MADE . NOMINAL VALUE OF SHARES IS RS. 10 PER SHARE. PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT IS TO BE DONE. PLEASE REVERT BACK ITS VERY URGENT. THANKS IN ADVANCE.

i nd to prepare brs of april..if i nd to tken of march unclered pmts&recpts..for current mnth brs preparations..den were should i add/deduct ..den wt should do with aprl un clearead paymt & recpts while preaparing brs..plz expln to me with example..
