Respected Sir,
What is the rate of transporter payment under RCM for goods movement by manufacturer and can take the ITC? Please specify with notifications and SAC Code.

Rate is 5%. Credits shall be available to manufacturer. Notification 12 for rcm
Annexure to notification 11 for sac code. Both notification of cgst act rate. Available on CBEC site.
