31 July 2017 Respected Sir, What is the rate of transporter payment under RCM for goods movement by manufacturer and can take the ITC? Please specify with notifications and SAC Code.

31 July 2017 Rate is 5%. Credits shall be available to manufacturer. Notification 12 for rcm Annexure to notification 11 for sac code. Both notification of cgst act rate. Available on CBEC site.
