Dear Sir,
Transportation Charges paid per Trip is less than Rs. 750/-. The nature of work is purely Transportation of Iron ore from mine head dump to the stock yard within the Mining lease area. I want to know whether it is liable for ST? If yes, under which category of service it is Liable for ST.
