Dear Experts,
Our client running a lorry transportation there is no Tds, if there any service tax applicable pls clarify
29 January 2015
He can take the registration under GTA Service if turnover exceeds Rs 9 lacs and pay service tax if exceeds Rs. 10 lacs.
