13 July 2015 A shareholder dies before 8 years but no further procedure i.e. transmission of shares was taken, now his sucessors wants to approch Company for register sharers in his name.my query is that
1. is it possible to transfer shares to succesors after 8 years period?
2. if yes, what will be procedure & documents required for such transmission?

14 July 2015 Yes, it is possible to transmit the shares even after so many years.
It is better if you ask a company for the procedure of transmission of shares. Each company might have different procedure except few common documents.
