yes you have to take permission from institute first...as you have completed 1.5 yrs of articleship

Whether we can send a letter to ICAI to its postl address adressing to the secrtry for seeking permision fr trnsfer?
And is it mandatory to tak trnsfr undr a CA of homtwn only.....?
