29 May 2013 Sir, i take transfer after one year without valid reason from articlship. i Receive a letter from institute that your transfer form 109 is considered after givig a resaon of transfer.
i have no transfer reason. so what can i do pls tell me my friends

29 May 2013 you should explain reason for transfer to icai and that reason can be with in the grounds prescribed by the icai

please note submitting 109 with out taking prior approval from icai is not valid

But luckily icai is so kind on you that it was communicated to you and asks reason for transfer

So provide reason as early as possible to ICAI to complete your transfer procedure.

01 June 2013 No reason ,means ICAI will not permit you to take transfer

so

just send a reply to icai that "your reason" sir i want to work in other firm and i am not feeling confirtable in this firm"

defietely icai rejects

so you continue in olde office and after completion of 2 years of artiicle ship you can get out of this firm by taking industrial training or secondment of articles in other firm,

03 June 2013 why he will not allow to work,..he don't have any work or what

atleast request him to place you in some other firm known to him..as it is a peak season you may get chance...
