I got selected in a top 10 CA firms in delhi....but my previous principle is not allowing me to take transfer.
what should I do ?

You have no option left except to convince your boss.Permission of employer is mandatory to take transfer from articleship.

Only you knows how can you convince your boss,if needed ask your parents to request him once,
think about reason for which your boss wont say now,,but dont try to fight with him he will show hell for balance 2 years,
