What is Transfer Pricing and how it is applicable and what are the procedures in arriving transfer pricing pls let me know

The transfer pricing is applicable only when we have parent company outside india pls let me know

it is applicable when we have an international transaction as defined in sed 92B b/w associated enterprises as defined in sec 92A.
