15 June 2015 Dear all, our associated enterprises located in UK raising 40 of their bills in our name. As we are providing services on their behalf. We do not have raised any other bills for UK. Please make me clear about transfer pricing in this case.

The invoice value between you and your UK Associated enterprise shall be at arms' length. To say that invoice value is at arms' length, we require your profitability, cost of operations, the UK company's profitability, nature of operations etc.

If you can provide the same to us, we may be in better position to advise you.
