Dear All,
Thanks for your support extended to me.
Further i required clarification regarding Transfer pricing. Can any give me an idea that is there any change in the eligibility of Turnover to take up the scrutiny assessment by Transfer Pricing Officer.(TPO). (Previousely scrutiny will be taken up by the TPO if the Turnover of a company exceeds Rs.5 Cr.) Please Clarify .

Hi Arun,
Guidelines to take any case for scruitiny or not, gives way to tax department which case they should investigate compulsorily. I think assessee can't challange why my case is under scruitiny if assessee doesn't meet guidelines criteria.
coming to your question- if AO refers any case to TPO case is under scruitiny. However assessee with more that 5cr turnover must be scruitinised. Please let me know if you need any further clarification.
