what is transfer pricing and when it is apply , by a company , and also whether any criteria for apply transfer pricing.

Transfer Pricing Audit means Certification of Arms Length Price (ALP) of Transaction Between the 2 Associate Enterprises (AE).
International Transfer Pricing (ITP) - Applicable when one international transaction between 2 AE. No Monetory limit. Hence even international transaction of Rs. 1 then also ITP is applicable. If International Transaction between AE exceeds of Rs. 1.00 crore then detail documentation needs to maintain mandatorily otherwise simple form 3CEB audited from CA required.
Domestic Transfer Pricing (DTP) - Applicable when transaction between 2 AE exceeds of Rs. 20 Crores.
