Dear all,
Two companies are shareholder in a company, both merged and a new entity is created, so the new share certificate is to be issued in the name of new company.
i want to know that process of issuing new share certificate will govern by transfer section or transmission section.

This is neither treat as a transfer nor a transmission... its exchange of share certificate ... exchange the old certificate with the new..
