Transfer of shares subscribed on incorporation

Dear Member,
Cant get your query properly. Are you saying that he wants to transfer at the time of incorporation or subsequently.
In case transfer after incorporation if it is a Pvt. Company you will have see the articles of association of the Company. If it does not bar transfer you can go ahead.
