Please clarify the procedures to be followed for the transfer of shares, after filing formsu/s 187 C, from the name of the person whose name is entered in the register of members

Company has to file form 22B along with the attachment of Form I & II within 30days from the receipt of these Form I & II by the company and accordingly put note in the RoM of such members
