Please clarify the procedures to be followed for the transfer of shares, after filing formsu/s 187 C, from the name of the person whose name is entered in the register of members

29 July 2009 Company has to file form 22B along with the attachment of Form I & II within 30days from the receipt of these Form I & II by the company and accordingly put note in the RoM of such members
