hi all
can anybody tell me the procedure for tranfer of shres held in a joint name to a single shareholder who is one of the joint shareholder?

The Company should procure fresh transfer deed from the person in which name shares has to be transferred. The Procedure are
1) Take fresh transfer deed
2) Write name of Both joint holder in the column of transferor and take both signature
3) write name of the person in whose name the shares will be transferred in transfree colum ang get signature of the Transfree
4) fill other colum of the transfer deed and stamped and send that to company
