05 August 2010 Hi,
In process of transfer of shares to outside party in a pvt ltd. co. , which Sahre certificate is given to transferee.

If the transferor is having 7 different shares Certificates of amounting around Rs. 50,000 and he has to transfer all shares to 1 transferee, so he will transfer all shares seperatly and handover it to transferee?

05 August 2010 Yes u can give the same share certificate only to the outside party if all the no. of shares are bought by the other party.

Consolidated share certificate can also be issued to the parties if a request is given to the company. Consolidated certificate can be issued by the company only.

Please also pass a resolution for transfer of share as private limited company restricts the right to transfer of shares.
