Can i transfer my house which is in my name and its against loan... To my fathers name. Loan emi would be paid by me only..

All the Loan agreements, generally have a clause that during the tenure of loan, asset cannot be transferred or otherwise disposed off without the information and consent of bank. SO, you Cannot sell
