is there any objections to transfer the fund from pvt ltd to public limited?

If both are same company then no pro otherwise you need to show the varesity of payment that it is a genioun transfer.

I mean to say that if Pvt limited converting to Public limited.

Inter corportate transactions are governed by Section 372A of the Companies Act 1956 Sub section 8 (iii) exempts the applicability of the section to pvt ltd companies
