03 November 2018 what is GST rules for capital goods transfer from one branch to other branch for job work not for supply like machinery on hire etc

08 November 2018 Job work is defined repeatedly. if you send the goods to your branch or any other place than that should be notified as job work ware house or place in your registration.
otherwise you have to charges normal rate of gst.
