28 December 2014 My wife expires I want to know how I can transfer her capital to myself what is the procedure for transfer of capitalamount and house as one house was in her name? Tell me how i completely merge her balance sheet into me ? I am acting as nominee in all transactions. Kindly guide me

28 December 2014 First of All complete all legal formalities which make you entitle for all rights related to her assets .
then merge her all assets into your balancesheet and create a reserve account with any suitable name. then trf reserve ac into your capital ac. and do make provisions for any known liabilities
