Whether due to medical reasons, one can apply for termination and then transfer within the city?

no transfer within the city in any case, It's a "umarkaid" kaatni hi padegi

But after taking termination with the current CA because of medical reasons, Have we again to be registered with the same? And if that person is not ready to again registered then or vacancy is not there with him then ?
