22 May 2009 after the recent amendmends brought up by icai regarding transfer of articleship now suppose i want to take transfer then how do i proceed? (i want to take transfer in the same city)there are any other genuine reasons which can allow me to take transfer in the same city. should i approach icai regarding the same

a} If distance between two office is more thean 50km.then u can.
b} Any critical health problem. then u can.


otherwise u cant take transfer as per new amendment.
