31 July 2014 Hi. I have finished 10 months of articelship. Now I want to transfer my articlship to another firm. Can my existing auditor object for the transfer?

31 July 2014 yes he can and if he doesnt give u sign on form 109 then u cannot take a legal valid transfer

31 July 2014 But ICAI code of conduct says, "Transfer of articelship within one year is permitted without any restrictions"
Is there any alternative way for getting transfer?

31 July 2014 that is additional restriction on students but without ur ca's sign u cannot take a valid transfer.

31 July 2014 Can I complaint to ICAI as my auditor is refusing to sign?

31 July 2014 no use as icai will not entertain as final dec in this case lies with icai
