Dear Sir/Mam,
I would like to know about the following:
1.if my transfer form is signed after March 27, will it be valid or not.
2. i have converted from PCC to IPCC. After i pass the first group, do i have to work under the same CA or can i get a transfer done after that.

1.if my transfer form is signed after March 27, will it be valid or not.
Ans : No it is not valid , unless you are taking transfer due to reasons specified by ICAI in its announcement viz. transfer of earning partner to other city or medical problem.

No you do not have to work under the same employer

No you do not have to work under the same employer
