I want to Take tranfer from articleship. I have just completed 2 months of articleship.Will transfer require permission from ICAI?

1)icai prior permission not required for transfer with in 1 year of articleship
.
2)however your principal acceptance is mandatory to take trasnfer
3)you need to take his signature in form 109, and you need to send to icai with in 30 days from the data of transfer
4)you can re-register with another ca and send form 103 again for re-registration
.

5)why u want to take transfer in just 2 months i recommend you to wait atleast 6 months
.
