18 October 2013 i want to take transfer in my 2nd year of articleship on the ground of misconduct & moral turpitude. what i have to do?

18 October 2013 Tranfer will be given but there May be punishment from icai in this regard

I think it is not the best reason for taking transfer as it involves some risk and kindly contact icai regional branch and ask for their solution in regard to procedure and for other quries in relating to your case
