18 August 2013 sir can i take transfer after 1 yr in the same city because of my poor health? and my principal giving the reason that in that period because of work load he requires another article assistant? is this reason is valid? and prior approval of ICAI is mandatory in this case?

18 August 2013 1)prior approval of icai is mandatory in case of transfer after one year

2)if you want to take transfer after one year on medical grounds you need to write a request letter to icai alng with government hospital medical certification which also should accompanied by principal recommendation for your transfer

as and when you got permission from icai yu can submit form 109 for transfer and rejoin after 3 months of leave
