22 July 2013 Sir,i want to transfer from present auditor.but it required identity card.i did not get identity card from icai.how to do transfer

you write a covering letter to icai along with form 109 saying the fact that you have not received any id card from icai

Please note you need to send form 109 with in 30 days from date of transfer
