18 June 2013 I am Second year article and my parents are retiered and we are shifting from belgaum to pune. What evidence do i have to submit to the institute as i need prior approval for transfer. Can anyone help me

19 June 2013 1)prepare a letter in a manner your parents letter sent a to your boss to permit for transfer with a reason of retirement and shifting new place ...
**it should be authorized by your boss..

2)a recommendation letter of your boss to icai for your transfer specifying reason for transfer on a letter head of firm

3)address proof like/rental agreement if any in new place which should be acknowledged/attested with ur boss

i think you have a valid reason for transfer and icai may approve your request
