13 May 2013 Hello..
I have Compeleted 1 year and 2 months of my articleship in Ahmedabad. now i want to transfer my Articleship in Kutch.

My family lives in Kutch and because of some family reason i have to transfer my Articleship in Kutch.

can I get transfer of Articleship???

21 May 2013 you need to obtain approval of ICAI to take transfer in this regard

sending form109 with out obtaining prior approval of icai will not be considered and set aside
