Dear sir,
My partner of the firm got expired and I applied in other partner of the same firm. That partner was already having 10 articles under him,.he applied for additional vacancy.
Additional vacancy is yet to be approved from Delhi.
Now can I change the firm itself. I am in my 3 rd R of articleship.

If your principal under whom you were registered has expired then you can do so and transfer your articleship for the balance period
