hi,
i have taken a transfer but still the procedure of form 109 is not completed, but i m not going to that office, so can i start my article with other principle before submitting form 109 and after getting form 109 from previous principle can i submit both the forms 109 and 102,103 together to institute.

It depends on the reason for which you have taken trf.
Normally 109 is deposited first and only after its acceptance by the institute, you should apply in for 103.
If you are taking up the new articleship in the same region, then you can deposit 109 and 103 together.

Further, Form 102 is not submitted to institute.

it is my 1st year, so i can take transfer by mutual consent of my principal,and the reason is that i m gating some good exposure.
